3/2/2024 0 Comments Now onyx punta cana imagesOur rooms were really lovely and cleaned each day. We had his what’s app contact so we could message him about anything whenever. He even sent us strawberries and champagne to celebrate, helped blow up the floats we brought for our friend, and so much more. Zorro was so kind and reassuring to us and really made us feel safe. He made us reservations each night at the restaurants and helped us reserve a beach cabana one day and a pool cabana the next, both of which had a dedicated waiter who brought us drinks and food all day whenever we needed. He took us in the golf cart to tour the property and then brought us to our rooms. When we got there we were immediately introduced to our personal “butler” for the weekend, Zorro. From the time we arrived to the time we left there was never a need that was not taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about the property and staff. In general the staff were for the most part friendly. The couple made no purchase while my husband purchased two items after educating the young lady about good customer service, which I believe she understood the point clearly. While shopping in one of the gift shops the young lady assisting my husband in finding a purse somehow navigated to assist another couple which was already being helped by two other staff members. We did address this situation with the young lady the next morning, and even at that point we had to ask her to escort us to the preferred area. In one incident, even after three requests the waiter failed to bring the requested drink, only on the fourth request when the manager was informed did he make an attempt to serve the table, at which time we had decided to forgo the drink. On three different occasions we had to politely educate staff members of the importance of treating all guest with the same level of courtesy. There was a variety of food at the buffet for diversified groups, however we found that the staff should have a better command of English and some lack the importance of of equitable customer service. As a preferred guest our Butler Juan was personable, helpful and did an awesome job in planning my birthday surprise.
